The client needed a new internal file sharing system as a replacement for their old one which was becoming old and unreliable.
They wanted a system where you could create work areas with a leader. When you uploaded a file you had to choose a primary group the file belonged to, with the option to select as many secondary groups as you wanted. The person that uploaded the file and the leader was the only ones who could edit the file. The leaders of the secondary groups had the option to remove themselves as a secondary group. Everything had to be online and accessible through a normal web browser.
